These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you hire a campervan from Get Lost (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings and payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking.

Driver requirements
Drivers must hold a valid full driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle hired. Additional driver requirements may apply and must be disclosed at booking.

Use of the vehicle
The campervan must be used responsibly and in accordance with New Zealand road rules. Off-road driving, reckless use, or use under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.

Damage and liability
You are responsible for the vehicle during the hire period. You may be liable for damage, loss, or additional costs not covered by your insurance or bond arrangement.

Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary depending on your booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us for details.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your hire, except where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page.
